Midwest Import Supply – Shipping Policy
Effective Date: July 22, 2025

At Midwest Import Supply, we take pride in packing and shipping your orders securely and on time. However, once an item leaves our facility, shipping liability transfers fully to the customer.


1. Shipping Responsibility

All shipping, including standard, expedited, freight, or drop-shipped items, is at the buyer’s risk. Midwest Import Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages once the item has been handed off to the carrier.

You agree not to hold Midwest Import Supply liable for:

  • Carrier delays or errors

  • Packages marked as "delivered" but not received

  • Shipping damages caused in transit

  • Incorrect delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer

Once the tracking number is issued and the shipment is confirmed with the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled on our end.


2. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and results in a failed or misdirected delivery, you will be responsible for any replacement costs and additional shipping fees.


3. Shipping Claims & Insurance

If you believe your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment, you must request it before your order is processed. We will not file claims on your behalf unless previously arranged.


4. Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, but processing may vary based on inventory availability, special orders, or holidays. We will notify you if your order is delayed beyond the standard timeframe.


5. Local Pickup

If selected, local pickup is available at our Oak Creek location. You will be notified when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation for pickup.
